SIZING:

Choose your size from the drop down menu. The average size for men's stretch bracelets is usually an 8 inch. To measure your size... simply use a fabric tape measure around your wrist. Most people prefer to add a half an inch ( .5" ) for a bit of additional room.

BRACELET CARE:

Stretch bracelets can last for years with the proper care. Please carefully stretch them only enough to fit over your wrist. Keep them out of water, pools and remove during physical activities.
